R5LIC LAB sells physical stickers and may offer additional merchandise in the future.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and photographs accurately. However:
- Measurements may be approximate.
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and printing conditions.
- Product packaging and minor design details may change without materially changing the product.
- Product availability and quantities may change at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, each listed sticker price is for one sticker.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Payment problems
- Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale
- Errors affecting our store or checkout
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will reverse or refund the affected payment as required.
You are responsible for reviewing your order, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the transaction.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Kairos Halo Customer Service through the official Instagram account linked on our website as soon as possible if you notice an order or address problem.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Stickers
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not issue refunds except where required by applicable law.
If a sticker arrives damaged, contact Kairos Halo Customer Service through the official Instagram account linked on our website within seven calendar days of delivery.
Your private Instagram message must include:
- Your order number
- The name used to place the order
- A clear photograph of the damaged sticker
- A clear photograph of the packaging
Do not post your order information publicly. Send it through a private direct message.
Once the damage is verified, we will send one replacement of the same sticker originally ordered at no additional cost. A damaged sticker replacement cannot be exchanged for a different design or converted into a cash refund.
If the same sticker is temporarily unavailable, customer service will provide an estimated replacement date.
Additional details are available in our separate Refund and Replacement Policy. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Original Artwork and Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including original artwork, designs, illustrations, logos, product photographs, written descriptions, graphics, and branding created for or owned by R5LIC LAB or Kairos Halo—are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, manufacture, modify, or commercially use the design.
You may not use our artwork, product photographs, branding, or website content without prior written permission.
Certain products may reference historical events, cultural phrases, companies, financial markets, or third-party trademarks. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
